Bio: Jeff Bahr |

motorcycling were the only activities that ever held his attention (save
for errant ogling, raucous idiocy and light-loitering) he combined the two and hoped for the best. A #$%^ load of published articles later, this "hired-pen" has yet to grow bored. In preparing written pieces for the decidedly wacky column "Mysterious America," ( Backroads) Jeff had indeed traveled full-circle. Here, he was actively encouraged to seek out the very same legally questionable sites that had captivated him during his youth, and this time he'd have a genuine alibi for the pesky constables when they arrived! Through this column, as well, he would happily re-acquaint with Weird U.S co-founder Mark Sceurman (they attended the same school during their cocoon stage) when the master went in search of offbeat material for his upcoming Weird U.S. book series. "It's all good," as they say on the streets. Indeed. These days the more refined but no less determined man still carries a fire deep within his belly, not to mention an enlarged prostate gland, but this should NOT be about that. "I live to write copy for anybody/anything who will have me!" boisterously bellows Jeff. Since many of his endeavors are of the weirder variety, we suspect the anything part may eventually come to pass. Any takers - human or otherwise?
